Excerpt from: Trouble in the Future

“Then why not contact the Drummond President?” Kristia asked.

“I thought about it, but decided it wasn't necessary,” Sara said.

“It seems rather necessary,” Kristia said.

“She's somewhere in this Hall now and in danger,” Sara said.

“What sort of danger are we talking about, Sara?”Tasha asked.

“Let's just say that something will be done without consent,” Sara said.

“That... Doesn't sound good!” Cath got out.

“I only have your word of that!” Kristia said.

“There are four of us against her one,” Sally said.

“We could ignore her,” Cath said.

“Possible, but other problems are going to arise from tonight,” Sara said.

“If what you say is true, the other problems caused would be worth it?” Sally asked.

“Yes,” Sara said, a new intensity showing in her eyes. “What was going to happen, is not going to happen!”

“What do you mean?” Cath asked.

“I have some idea,” Kristia said. “I'll be back!” She ran off.

“Something...” Tasha said.

The screen showed the snow disappearing from Arendelle and the surrounding regions.

Bridge to Commander Emerson,” Greene said.

“Report.”

The anomalous winter is disappearing.”

“Try to contact the away teams,” Emerson said, as he turned from Frigga to the window.

Excerpt from: Mysteries of Aurora

“Absolutely. I learned a little more about things.”

“I wouldn’t have expected otherwise,” Dana said. “Apparently, there are many well known athletes with ADHD.”

“Yes, they have been inspirations.”

“That’s great!”

“And so, Alexia will also investigate the missing art at times,” Freya added.

“That’s good. I wouldn’t know where to start.”

Freya shrugged. “Maybe I’ll find a mystery that involves insects.”

“Maybe,” Dana responded with a slight giggle.

Janara saw Olivia come into the room. “You look like you had a good day,” she said. “Other than that you look exhausted.”

“Not exhausted, just tired,” Olivia responded. “After class, I swam, and then spent the afternoon researching.”

Excerpt from: Spider Quinn

“I’m going,” Quinn said as she dashed off.

Brittany had seen Quinn and Peterson talking. ‘She’s more suspicious. She probably does know Quinn’s Spidey! But there’s not much I can do about it at the moment.’

“Brit?” Ashley-Amber asked.

“Just something Quinn said.”

“Something else happening?”

“You could say that.”

Attention, the Hospital is now under lockdown due to a deranged person.”

“Oh, that is going to rile him up,” Dafoanairi commented as she ran through the corridors. She then heard an elevator ding. She turned and put herself in a defensive stand, with her staff at the ready. The door opened and the Enigma exited.

“He’s on an upper floor,” she said.

“But we don’t know where Osborn is.”

“Harry told me. He’s in a different wing,” the Enigma said.

“Good. Then we need to make sure he doesn’t make his way there.”

The Shadow arrived outside the Hospital.

…Cedars of Lawndale has gone into a lockdown due to the presence of an unknown metahuman assailant. Police as well as SpiderGirl, the fourth vigilante and Dafoanairi have responded.

“And the Shadow,” the Shadow added as she switched off the portable radio.
