Excerpt from: Invitation Trouble

She shook her head to clear it of that thought and to indicate to Jamie that she didn’t want to give him anything. “No.” She then realised that she could give him something. “A hair scrunchie?”

“Great!” Jamie enthused.

“Careful. Don’t hurt yourself with that scrunchie,” Daria said as she passed them.

“Is that your sister?” Jamie asked.

“She can be annoying, just like you can be, Joey,” Quinn responded quietly.

“I’m Jamie!”

Quinn sighed.

Excerpt from: Small Town ISOT - 11

Sam awoke and realised that she wasn’t in Stargate Command. She went for her sidearm, which she didn’t have.  She heard something and turned. She then saw three people running towards her. She put herself in a defensive stance. “Where am I? Who are you?”

“I’m Charlemagne, and these are James Bond and Leonard McCoy.”

“Charlemagne?” Sam considered. “You’re an Ancient?” She asked him.

“Ancient? I might be considered ancient by your standards, as McCoy here attested. But I’m a Heroic Spirit!”

“So, I haven’t Ascended?”

“Right,” Susan responded.

“Okay, listen up. Now, remember, do not hold your breath when the nanoscaler engages. You'll feel like you want to, but you must keep breathing normally during the miniaturisation process,” Journey advised.

“Why?” Clara asked.

“Ever microwaved a lasagne without pricking the film on top?” Journey asked.

“It explodes,” Clara realised.

“Being lasagne is not desireable!” Susan added.

Soon, the nanoscaled party were looking down from the Cranial Ledge of the Dalek at the organism inside. “The Belly of the beast!” Susan declared.

“It's amazing,” Clara said.

“It's huge,” One of the soldiers, Ross, said.

“No, Ross, we're tiny,” one of the other soldiers. Carlisle, said.

“So, how big is it?” Clara asked. “That living part, compared to you and me right now?”

“You can see the cables?” Susan asked.

Excerpt from: The Kelsington Conspiracy

“You don't need to know it,” the agent said. “But I'm not leaving this room yet.”

“You're not getting anything more from me. I could call the Police. KI wouldn't get you out of it.”

The agent ran her hand along his chin. “Your word against mine. KI's reputation would survive, but yours wouldn't.”

“We're going to investigate, further,” Clara decided.

“Of course,” Lady Me said as she followed her friend.

But they soon found difficulty as Lady Me found it difficult to breathe.

“Me?” Clara asked in concern.

“Not really. Just about you,” Nelsera said. “The deception you and your crew have pulled off is worthy of a R’baasagbr.”

“Thanks,” Brocklethwaite said.

“Would you be willing to tell us what is in these bags?” Junior asked. “You did have them beamed here before we left.”

“My bags?” the princess asked.

Brocklethwaite picked one of them up. “Like this one, for instance. If I were to open it, what do you think I would find? Some kind of makeup kit? Since you are going to a wedding.”

Elseran remained silent.

“There must be a reason they are composed of a material that’s blocking scans from our scanners and the Flyer’s internal sensors.”
