Leigh
arrived at the Black Handed Spider Monkey exhibit, along with his
mother Elisabeth. “So, you're ready to record?” she asked.
“Yes,”
Leigh answered.
“Is
Cora still away?”
“Yes,”
Leigh said quietly. Left unsaid, was what Cora was dealing with, yet
again.
(But at least she hadn't been away as long as the last time.)
Elisabeth hugged her son and said something to encourage him.
“Thanks,” he said, as he got the camcorder out of its case.
A few minutes later, he was ready.
“The Black Handed Spider Monkey...”
