The situation in the United States continues to get worse.
St. Johns Inauguration is marred by protests.
After the Inauguration there are protests in Washington on every weekend, regarding this issue or that issue. These include demands for President St. John to step down and/or be impeached and convicted.
Congress debates the merits of whether to investigate the Presidential electon or not.
The East Coast Communists continue demands for change. Indeed, there are many incidents of sabotage at major mines... The National Guard is called out at many locations. The attempts of strikes aren't tolerated.
By the end of June, there are uprisings in various places. Most prominent of these is in Pittsburgh...
In the South, the Klan terrorises many African American communities.
Antisemitism continues to rise, particularly in California and New York.
The Mexican civil war continues.
The South American war continues.
Europe
The War in Europe stalemates in trench warfare. This especially occurs in eastern France.
By the end of june, the Germans are considering a way to break that stalemate. A movement through Belgium...
It is a different story on the Eastern Front. Germany pushes the Russians back into their own territory.
Spain declares neutrality in the war.
Africa
In various places, colonisation continues.
In Tanganyika British forces make gains against the German garrisons.
Asia
Despite the Russian declaration of neutrality, The Raj moves forces into Afghanistan 'just in case'.
Oceania
New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland gain Dominion Status.
In related news, Alfed Deakin, Premier of Victoria, holds a speach in the town of Shepparton, regarding whether the various British Dominions and Colonies in the Australasia-Pacific region would need to join in a Confederation in order to better defend themselves against Germany, or Russia if they were to attack.
