Late

North
America
Canada
Canadian historians would be divided on whether it was Canada, or
Great Lakes who started hostilities. Both had been preparing for war
for a while. The same could be said for the hostilities between
Canada and Nordamerika. Even so, the Canadian forces manage to go
quite far into Great Lakes before the tables are turned.
Great
Lakes
Great
Lakes historians (in the years between the two wars) and later
American historians would disagree whether Great Lakes instigated
hostilities or not. According to the interwar Great Lakes historians,
it was the Canadians, but according to their American successors,
Great Lakes.
Dakota
Dakota invades Canada in response to the other two major TUNA members
being attacked.
