“So,
there would be something else?” Tegan asked.
“Almost
certainly,” the Doctor said.

In the TARDIS, an alert came up on the Scanner. “What?”
the Doctor asked as he looked at it. Something was happening. It was

“I know
that,” Andromeda said with more petulance.
“And I
know you’re bored. So, once you settle in, we’re going to talk in the cafeteria
about your behaviour.”
“No!”
“No?
You’re acting like a child, rather than a young adult.”
“I’m not
a child. Ask anyone.”
“Being
an adult is not just being able to look after oneself. It is also behaving in a

opinion of you is right now?”
“I don’t
care!”
“You should
care.”
“What I
care about, you don’t need to know,” Andromeda said, her voice low.

He eyed the food in
front of him but remained focused. “What information can you offer?”
“The Vice Principal
did tell me that you were coming,” the lady said. “But it isn’t sanitary to
have a dog in here!”
Shaggy sighed. “I’m
sorry, but Scooby and I are inseparable.”
The lady sighed.
“Sure…”
All in all, she didn’t
give much more information than the Vice Principal had. With a gulp, Shaggy
knew that he and his friends would have to go inside that house.
Velma exited the
school building and put the thumbdrive Valerie had given her into her tablet.
She then listened to the sounds again. ‘They could be anything,’ she thought
again, before launching the analysis software.
Fred looked over the
materials he had brought. There was nothing left behind. If they had to make
traps, they would be ready.
Velma went over the
sounds many times. There was a clue there, but she would have to go into the house
to be sure.
