“Crap!” James
said.
“Oh no!” Darian
said.
“Yes!” James
said as he found the chequebook. He quickly forgerd his mother's
signature. “Done.”
James crawled out to
the top of the envelope of the airship-house. He used a ladder to
crawl to the edge. “Yo! Bank dudes!”
Chapter 5: A New
Kid's Dance Party While a Tree Grows
...as he opened a
drawer next to his desk. He quickly found what he was looking for.
“Lawnton
Elementary is looking for somehwo who wants to talk about Safety, and
given Kelly's recent injury, I feel she's perfect for the position.
“I
see, I shall talk to Kelly about this. I will get back to you,”
Charles said.
“Very good, Mr.
Thomas, I shall here from you soon.”
At lunch, Brett
approached Darian. “Hello?” Darian asked.
“Traitor!” Brett
accused.
“It’s hard to
betray something you didn’t agree with to begin with,” Darian
said.

Dubidale, New Lancreshire, Australia
It had been a long
day for Karen Hemsworth when she managed to get home at 5:30. While
most of her students had been well behaved, there were a couple in
year 8 who seemed determined to make it as difficult as possible for
her to teach them.
She had got to the
front door, when she heard a sound. She unlocked it, and turned
around. She saw another woman on her front lawn. “Why are you
here?” she asked.
“Karen
Hemsworth?” the other, slightly older, woman asked.
“That's my name,
who are you?” Karen asked as she opened the door behind her.
“Roberta
Thomas,” the other woman said. “You are making a mistake.”
“I make a lot of
mistakes,” Karen said under her breath.
Roberta laughed,
as if she agreed with Karen. “Everyone makes small mistakes,” she
said in a lighthearted tone. She then returned to tone she had been
speaking with thus far. “But this is a big mistake! Elias Stanton,
he is not as he appears.”
