early in the morning, the city was busy. It being a Tuesday, many
children were awaking early to get ready for school. However, the
start of these events occured in one of the more established suburbs
of the city (to the east of the large Mall on one of the main
thoroughfares.) The city's main Traffic AI received at notification
of an obstruction on one of the subterrainian passageways leading
away from that Mall towards one of the Aged Care Facilities. The AI
sent a message to the police officer on duty in that area.
