the Doctor urged.
“Still?”
TJ asked.
“Whatever
is on other side could detect your movement!”
“Whatever?
You’re not sure?”
“There
is always something involved in these space-time warps, especially
when I’m around,” the Doctor said.
TJ
nodded, she had heard enough about the Doctor to know he was telling
the truth in that respect. “Then, what do I do?” she asked.
“Wait!”
the Doctor said. He took out his sonic screwdriver.

There was no answer. He knocked again. He decided to go to the staff

At the same time, the UNOSA-lead Protest against the Kelsington Grant
was getting underway, in the Quad between the Library and Dalton
Hall. Krystal was getting ready to make a speech in support of the
protest, unaware that the Agent was spying on her from around the far
corner of the Library. 'This is spreading,' the Agent thought, as she
lowered the binoculars.
